Tubacoat is an innovative ceramic coating applicable to long steel and high-nickel alloy products increasing their useful life.
Our industrial process, developed in-house, allows the application of thin tailor-made ceramic coatings to steel tubes, bars or open profiles, offering outstanding abrasion (64HRC hardness) and corrosion resistance with different media and thermal conditions. Its anti-adherent and anti-fouling properties minimize maintenance costs and preserve thermal conductivity.
